A restaurant in Hamilton is on the look-out for recruits who have a passion for food, with one budding chef being given the chance of a special apprenticeship.
Mushtaqs Restaurant in Hamilton serves up around 500 meals a day and needs kitchen, waiting staff and drivers.
But the business, run by husband and wife team Ajmal and Nisreen Mushtaq, is also offering one young chef the chance to learn authentic Indian Cuisine alongside their hand picked chefs.
The award-winning restaurant, which has just had a five hundred thousand pound investment, was originally the Taj Mahal but was renamed Mushtaqs when Ajmal took over from his father in the family firm.
Ajmal said “since our opening we have been welcomed with an overwhelming demand which is a fantastic reward for the hard work of everyone in our team”
